John Bathgate
John Bathgate is the founder and senior partner of Sparra Consulting, with over 30 years HR and Consulting experience in major multinationals. His skill is in working with individuals and groups to help them bring about change that is important to them. His style is non-directive and laced with humour, creating an atmosphere where people feel at ease and readily contribute their energy and ideas. However, he is also extremely tenacious, and though always caring and respectful will nonetheless strongly challenge individuals and groups to be the best they can be and to strive to reach their maximum potential.
Henry Olejnik
A highly experienced and successful leader in a wide variety of HR roles working and living in UK, Europe and USA. These include HR Director for UK, EMEA. In his last corporate role Henry was Global Director of HR for Wireless Systems for Freescale Semiconductor.
Experience includes Mergers & Acquisitions, Multi-Company Partnerships, Emerging Markets, Globalisation initiatives and Start-Ups. Managed a wide portfolio of HR and Organisational Development initiatives and projects. HR Partner to Global business Leaders with presences in all major regions of the world.
Valued counsel and coach to senior executives and executive teams which has included a diverse range of nationalities and cultures. Effective in close, honest and challenging relationships helping leaders and senior executives resolve complex issues in their own personal development, in the development of their businesses and their people. He helps leaders become the people they wish to be.
Henry was instrumental in introducing and developing coaching and mentoring as critical Talent Management tools. He has personally led workshops and communities of practice aimed at developing leadership and coaching. With strong values of respect and integrity Henry can work at all levels and make an influential impact.
A Graduate of Aberdeen University. Hons. Degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, wide range of personal development and training experiences.
Henry is Senior Associate Consultant with Sparra Consulting and has a portfolio of coaching and organisational development assignments in Europe, USA and Asia. Commits time and effort to community building initiatives.
